Made these Texas Cheesesteaks on the Blackstone griddle a few weeks back. Made a grilling sauce to top the cheesesteaks using Lone Star Beer that was quite tasty! Here's the ingredients and photos.

Recipe Ingredients:
1 White Onion (1/4 diced for grilling sauce - the rest sliced)
1 Yellow Pepper (1/4 diced for grilling sauce - the rest sliced)
1 Large Jalapeno (1/2 dice for grilling sauce - the rest sliced)
1 Tbsp of minced garlic for grilling sauce
Favorite Hot Sauce (add to your preference)
Favorite BBQ Sauce (add to your preference)
8 oz of Beer Salt and Pepper (add to your preference)
2 slices of Provolone Cheese per cheesesteak
2 slices of American Cheese per cheesesteak
2 lbs. of Beef Ribeye
6 Hoagie Rolls

That is one fantastic looking plate of sandwiches. Very well done. Sorry to say though, I'm not a fan of Lonestar beer but a lot of folks drink the stuff.

I really don't drink LoneStar beer but being that these were Texas Cheese Steaks I thought it was appropriate! Cheers bud!

Did you fill the veggie on the Blackstone first before making the sauce?
