Need some help from the OTBS and everyone else...

I'm smoking my 2nd butt and some spares today and thought I would snag a quick little video of the smoking coming out.

Please let me know if:
A: Tad too much...slow er down.
B: Just about right.
C: Holy Crap! Call the fire department.
D: Insert your own comment.

Thanks all for your insight.

Looks OK... one key point: If you smell smoke, you are smoking. Don't be in a rush to re-stock with wood just because you can't SEE it. :{)

Nice diagnostic tool there... POINTS

Where's the vent on your smoker? It looks good but it seems to be coming out of the door. I'm just wondering, I know that the smoker you have is a good one.

my vent hole is in the back of the smoker. I rarely get it to escape out that since I have yet to drill a hole into the smoker for one of those water tight thing-a-me-jiggers for my probes. That is probably why it's going out the door more.

well since I now smell like a hunk of charring Hickory, it's getting harder to tell if it's me or the smoker :)

Thanks again for the input!

Richtee is on it today! Dang it all if he doesn't beat my to the bell.
