Q-view from sat. smoke. Just one butt, but trying to perfect. Tried a few different things this time. Did kinda a half brine half marinade overnight on this one. Just through in stuff I like. Rubbed as usual but spritzed it a little more often ( trying to up the flavor a bit ) and tried the finishing sauce fr/ the sticky. The marinade helped a bit but the finishing sauce helped alot !
