Didn't do any cooking. Just testing out the disc over the Solostove Bonfire. Worked great and boy did it get hot! Used the tripod I built for the Shwenker. This thing has worked out great. Only thing I don't like is my ratchet strap winch. That's getting changed this week.

There's been many cooks on the discada over the years. Witht the temps shooting at 700f + I'll probably sear a steak sometime, or some really quick smash burgers. Fajitas and stir fry are always good.
