Used up some extra sheep and hog casings i had vac sealed.

Made some mini links.

4 .2 lbs of meat ready to mix. Had to improvise cuz most of my large bowls are in the RV at the dealer getting the once over before we head into it.

Got the Swiss Brat mix all in and mixed. Now stuff em.

Do the sheep casings 1st. Then the hog.

All linked into 3s. Going in a freezer zip lock and into freezer for a few days.

Looking good Rick - you got a big freezer in that rig

Thanks Gary

We wanted the standard so the bathroom could be bigger. If need to i can get a small outdoor chest freezer.

Hello, was that a commercial seasoning or your own?  If commercial, where did you get it?  Thanks, Steve
Normally all my own mix but since they are all packed in the RV this one is a pre mix from Excalibur.

Just mix with some water and into the meat. No muss, No fuss
