Surf & Turf From Leftovers

More lousy weather, so I had to make do:
I had some leftovers in my fridge, and figured a little Surf & Turf was in order.
So I threw some Butter in my Pan, and some leftover Shrimp from the last time Mrs Bear wasn’t home.

Then I had one piece of Sausage in the Fridge, left over from the last time I made 5 sausages in my HotAir Fryer.
So once the Shrimp & the Butter got all bubbly in the Pan, I threw the Sausage in for awhile.
Then I put some Sauce on a small Roll, added the Sausage & Hot Peppers, and plated the Tasty Shrimp right next to my Sausage Sammy.

Great Little Meal for the Hungry Bear!!!

Yeah--This is weird---I love Garlic powder on them, but my Belly can't handle real Garlic.
Don't know why, but that's it.

When we were Kids, my Brother used to pull wild garlic out of the yard when we were playing Football.
Then he'd just wipe most of the mud off on his pants & stick it in his mouth.
His breath was terrible in the Huddles!!! :eek:

I use granulated garlic, I think it gives a better flavor than fresh garlic. It seems like the longer you cook garlic the less flavor it has, but that is not the case with granulated garlic.

Hmmm, I don't think I ever tried that.
I'd probably like that. Question is "Would my Belly like it later?"

Hey Bear your brother is my kind of garlic eater just bring them cloves on and I can munch them on just like candy. :D

Bear missed this one,looks like I could eat it.I read some of the garlic post,the finer you mince fresh garlic the stronger it taste.LIKES
