Super Bowl Legs around the Vortex

Took the legs out of the freezer two days to soon,good thing is they are already done.
Wanted to try the Lolipops these legs are just to big.

Vortex held the temp at 440°F solid

Rotated the lid every 10 minutes flip the legs after a half hour

Took just about an hour to hit 175°F

Charlie I can not see paying what they want for wings,these drums were from leg quarters I paid $0.29 a lb. and I only needed 1 to make my meal.Thanks for the Like I appreciate it Bud
