Had a 6.5 pound pork butt just hanging out in the freezer so figured why not have some good for for the big game.  Threw it on about 8:45 yesterday morning and had it ready to shred by kick off.  Timing worked out incredibly well.  Wife whipped up some jalepeno poppers, some baked beans.  Figured if I had the smoker going might as well add more food to it, lol.  Plenty of food for three adults and two kids.  

As I sit here enjoying some left overs, I can't be the only one who thinks pulled pork is so much better the next day am I?  Absorbs the juices and even the smoke flavor just seems even better the next day,
