More than pork so I wasn't sure where to go with this. But what a day.
Made 5 teenage boys breakfast.
Biscuits n sausage gravy (my sausage) bacon, can bacon (mine) sausage links and scrambled eggs
Chuck roast ready to smoke for ends
Ribs been cured overnight with tender quick
Cheating start to gumbo
Gumbo
The babybacks. Lookie at the pink cured meat
Plated with mashed taters using burnt ends n sauce as gravy. Some tomato mozzarella.
Well I'm stuffed Time to relax
