Spicy Italian sausages with peppers/onions.
New York Strips
Enhanced Wild Rice
(Substitute chicken broth instead of water, more butter, add caramelized onion and garlic)

Grilled a great Sunday dinner and put the leftovers away for my lunches on the road.

Now THAT’S a meal prep plan I could get behind....no kale, chicken breasts or quinoa...although I love healthy food too.

Also good to see the portions weren’t made with a 5 year old in mind.

Nice looking chow good buddy. How you heating it up on the road.

Point for sure.

Not now-a-days Chris,
I run a day-cab tractor, so I stay in a hotel 3-4 nights outta'da week.
So I use one in a gas station convenience store or at the hotel.
Back when I ran long haul, I had the room to install and run power converters for fridge, microwave, TV and such.
