Had a pack of Drumsticks in the freezer so,Sunday decided to smoke some for watching the games and dinner.

Brined and rinsed, rubbed and on the grill offset smoke.

mixed some blue cheese with blue cheese dressing

thats about 1 oz. of cheese with 1 oz dressing

Mixed a little hot sauce and butter to add a little heat

Served for dinner with some rice

    Thanks for looking

DS That was just a simple brine

    1/3 C Kosher Salt

    1/3 C Turbinado Sugar

    1/2 Gal filtered Ice Water

16 to 18 hrs brine rubbed 1 hr before smoking

Rub was a mix of Jeffs and Mine
