78 yesterday here in Chicago land. Deep freeze clean out with bunch of friends and their kids. 2 racks of BB, 2 small pork shoulders. 2 racks off plate ribs, and douns a small slab of pork belly to make a few PBBE. Grabbed some trays of sides from the local BBQ spot and had a great evening. Phillies/Padres on the TV out back had a great night. Here’s some pics
-BB Ribs (MC honey bacon rub)-
-Plates (Hardcore Carnivore rub) - these rested in a warning cabinet for close to 18 hours due to timing of weekend commitments had to have done things done on Fri. King of BBQ for me.

These days we could see some pretty nice BBQ weather thru November so maybe not the last but was a good one if it was. Thanks for lookin
