WOW! That really has me thinking now. I find it interesting that even though I grill ribeyes a lot, the only time I think about prime rib is around the holidays, you've just changed that. And we love tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, but usually eat them with a balsamic vinegar reduction. Nice work all the way around...
