I'm looking to up my capacity what kind of stuffer should I get for 50lbs? Currently using lem upright 5lb stuffer.

I upgraded from the 5# Lem to the 10# Lem electric stuffer and love it. They have 10, 20 and 30# models. Thats where I would look first.
I have the 30# LEM stuffer and love it. But I do large batches...sometimes 3-400# of sausage at a time.
