I was just curious if any of you have took a "plug" out of the center of a loin and stuffed it that way? If so how did you revove the "plug"? I think it would work great but haven't come up with a way to do it
 
A long thin knife, being very careful. There have been a few done that way on here, but it's very easy to butterfly one & roll it up like a fattie.

Now I do alot of stuffed pork loins and I always just filet the roast and roll it out as I go thn stuff it and re-roll it back up. Then I tight it up with some butchers twine.
