Look good. I usually cook the meat in and before mixing it with rice. Do veggies inners the same.View attachment 364484 View attachment 364483 First time doing these. There pretty basic. I added 3 cups of rice to these 8 bell peppers. Using 80-20 ground beef seasoning and waschecier sauce. Going to put cheese on about half way through. Here's my nice cherry and a piece of apple in there. I'm thinking I should have poked a drain hole in these peppers, what do ya think?
