Hey all, had a chance to cook last weekend. This cook was in our new air fryer we got when my wife joined Pampered Chef! It’s a nice air fryer.
So, took a flanken steak and sliced it in half to open it up.
Seasoned with a new rub we tried out... was tasty!
Then took some room temp cream cheese and spread it on the meat.
Added a mixture of garlic, onion and green bell pepper that had been sautéed in some EVOO for a few min.
Rolled it up and tied with some butcher twine.
Cooked in air fryer at 275*
Pulled at IT of 135*
Let rest for bout 20 min and sliced.
All in all, was a tasty meal. One side was a little over done for our liking... thinking I should have turned it part way through the cook! But overall we did enjoy this and will do again!
