STL and BB

I have a rack of each. I’m new to scene and I have an electric smoker. Need some help on what to do

A good smoke flavor not overwhelming
I have hickory and mesquite.

STL will take a bit longer than the BB. 3-2-1 for STL 2-2-1 for BB. Mesquite is a strong flavor for ribs, but of course personal preference is yours.

Check after unwrapping at hour 4 some smokers run hotter than others. Just did same same.
