Thanks Doug, I understand about posting the mundane stuff, but every once in a while we'll get a newbie that hasn't seen something.I cook almost daily, but mostly the mundane stuff I've already posted, so I don't bother cluttering the site with another meatloaf, split chicken breasts, ribs, etc.

Appreciate it Keith, This time of year especially. The local grocers are having their lobster specials. Usually it's for the 1.25 and under group, but this one included all lobsters in their tank. The Spam when cooked is basically mine. The wife doesn't mind it out of the can, but she's not a fan of it cooked. Needless to say I got the rub on this one before she knew I opened up the can.Haven't had lobster in forever but now I sure have a hankering for it and searching for sales!
I did smoked Spam couple of weeks ago and managed to get 1 slice before it disappeared.
