Finally a super nice day on the deck here in Northern Ontario. Got the mini smoker out for its second run this afternoon. Had two nice steaks to cook up for me and the boy. They turned out excellent. Had baked potatos and veggies with the steaks. Sorry no final pictures but they were damn good.

Steaks look good.
I don't consider you northern Ontario.

Nice job on those steaks

Steaks look good! What is the model of the smoker?
I bought it off of Amazon in early March. Just wanted a small charcoal BBQ as I mostly cook for myself as my son is hardly home. He has pussy on his mind more then food.
There seems to be a lot of them that look like this one. So far it does what I want it to do. Nice thing about it you can use just small sticks and have a little fire for cooking if you want.
Name says "DNKMOR"
The carring case is pretty handy.

Curious what your time and temperature was for most of the cook.?
In general I prefer hot and fast for steaks or burgers, but low and slow can be a nice change.

Average temp on the gauge said 260F. Not knowing how long it would take I had opened the top a few times to check the IT of the steaks. Really did not take very long, maybe 10 minutes.
They were 1.5 to 2 inch steaks
