It does come up when I clicked on it. Not sure if I've seen it before but good info. Maybe should see if we can make it a sticky... so easier to find. My memory is terrible and hate trying to remember where I save stuff lol!

I plan on trying some fermented dry curing this winter and found the chart while researching
