Happed to stop in our local honey hole yesterday and this jumped up and SCREAMED at me…..there scale must have been off cause it’s a whole lb….. the wife happened to have a $5 off coupon so $1.79 in total!!!!!

The are about 1” thick!

Some blended kinders and a bit of extra light Olive!

On the sear zone of the Weber!

4.5 min the flip!

8 mins in total and now resting!

Slicing!

Plated with some delux Mac and dressed with French gray salt!

The money shot!!! Hard to believe we got two plates like this for $5 bills…….
