Using the newly acquired parts from the new smoker ( will season later) managed to get my BBs and Dutch's wicked altered Beans ( used mango rather than pineapple and sweet red pepper in deference to the missus, with small red potatos, all smoked with Cherrry wood using the 3-2-1 method.
Rubbed with Jeff's modified with the addition of Chipotle powder and New Mexican powder.
I really enjoyed the beans done that way, there must be endless combinations. If anyone tries a variation, it would be great to hear about it.

Now for the porn;
The new addition waiting for a seasoning while it's brother is working.

Rolled ribs (for space) on rack above Dutch's beans at noon.

At 2 hours after Apple juice spray.

Coming off after 6 hours.

My dinner plate without and with flash.

Very enjoyable day that passed to quickly! BTW the little woman enjoyed at least as much as me.....

Hey Kueh ... I don't mind you using one of my pics at all ... in fact I'm flattered!
Which one are you using?

Funny thing I can't recall when we talked about my S5100, perhaps you could jog my memory ....

I particularly like the two shots of the ribs ready to come off. Not sure which I'll use.

Digital cameras store data with each picture. With MP3's you have mp3 tags. With digital photos, you have metadata. It's also called ExIF data. Essentially, it stores all your camera settings at the moment one photo is taken.

I have a KM Z3.
