I have a 2 burner campchef, with Griddles for both sides, Love the thing. I will definitely give these a try, I love me some toasted cheese!

I have been doing "Ultimate Smash Burgers" on mine, what I love is how quick they are to make, once you have a bunch of 2oz, balls made up you can crank out 1/4 pound smash burgers that have lots of crusty parts but still juicy. Here's a link if you want to give them a try as well.

I use a Presto 22" electric griddle, and is cheap. $30-50 bucks on Amazon.
Use it a lot for hashbrowns, pancakes, French toast, sometimes bacon, burger night, grilled cheese... list goes on.
I thought everyone had one of these.

This thread made me laugh. The original Squeeze Inn had to change their name to Squeeze Burger due to an older Squeeze In burger place in California. The original Squeeze Inn was so named because it was so tiny. I mean TINY! If I remember right, there was an ADA lawsuit filed, too, against the original location. Heck, you could barely stand in the place it was so small. It was like a brick and mortar food wagon with a line out the door.

The original location has burned to the ground. The owner now has two other spacious locations, including one not far from me in Roseville. My wife's not a fan, but me, oh yeah. Hmmm, if I didn't have tri tip to eat for lunch, I'd hop on over there. Great French fries, too!

My buddy lives in Elk Grove

Me and him were at B. T. Collins U.S. Army Reserve Center for a year training he found a girl moved there and married her.

I usually visit once a year

Been to the Roseville mall a couple times

I go the squeeze inn damn near every time ImI up in Sac.
I live about an hour southeast of there. I love there burgers, they use really good beef for their patties.
I forgot to add you must try a splash of beer instead of the ice deal you will never go back to ice.
Nothing goes together better than cheese, burgers and beer and I mean nothing.
