Used the 007 with Octoforks. The leg quarters had jerk seasoning the breasts had nothing. Cooked over oak and maple wood.











I way over cooked these by the IT but they were still super juicy. Crispy skin. We really enjoyed this meal.

Desk? After 5 years of retirement, the memory fades, what is this "desk" you speak of amd how does it get stocked wirh hamburger? Old inquiring minds need to kmow, to keep our sanity!

Looks amazing Adam, I know it was juicy too!   It's my go 2 way for spinning parts like that also. BTW cooking over fire rules!
