Hey all,
Yesterday I fired up the kettle and rotisserie to cook a small pork loin. Seasoned up with some Cuban BBQ rub and cooked overs some cheap generic lump. Also roasted some poblanos and onions seasoned with the fajita seasoning from MeatChurch. over the coals. She was a beaut....

WOW!!!! That looks really, really good. Excellent job on that pork and laying there with those roasted peppers is just over the top.
