Injected hen dark spots are spices not blood.

I know pictures suck.I'll work on it.

It's hard to tell from the photo's how the bird looks. How did it taste? What spices did you use?
Tasted good tender and juicy injected with apple cider and cranberry juice ,paprika ,garlic powder ,powder muster ,cumin powder,chilly powder.
Simmered on stove 10min then  put in fridge to cool then injected I know pictures suck but it didn't.
