Made a Cornish hen on the mini offset and it turned out great! I use this little thing for lunch all the time!

Looks good, at first I thought that can't be a cornish hen must be a roasting chicken until I noticed your fingers holding the lid open realizing how small that smoker is.

I built it as a joke at first but then realized how well it works. I use it all the time. Going to do a rack of ribs tomorrow
