after the relative success of my first spin, I’m growing bolder. I’m planning to spin a pair of chickens for shabbas dinner. Question, when spitting a pair of birds, what worker best for even cooking? Should they be put on the spit head to tail, butt to butt, or head to head? I’m thinking butt to butt for no particular reason. Thanks PS any answers before Friday afternoon would be especially appreciated. l’chaim!
