Spinning a deux

    after the relative success of my first spin, I’m growing bolder. I’m planning to spin a pair of chickens for shabbas dinner.
    Question, when spitting a pair of birds, what worker best for even cooking? Should they be put on the spit head to tail, butt to butt, or head to head? I’m thinking butt to butt for no particular reason.

  2. I've done them every which way, and it doesn't seem to matter much, as long as you have even heat across the spit.
