Finally getting to use the new pellet grill/smoker.
Nice to have wifi finally.

Turk was only 10lbs. Meat church chicken injection for the brine, splash of angels envy, some W sauce. After the brine rinse and pat was a slather of dukes mayo and meat church deeznuts rub.

Looks great, Rick. I love the wifi on mine. Lets you check on your cook and make temp/smoke level adjustments from anywhere.

Yes the wifi worked great and the probe pretty accurate.

My probes were pretty much spot on the first couple years. Then they started reporting the IT of the meat way in excess of what the chamber temp was running, and also way too early in the cook to get those temps. I got new aftermarket ones off Amazon, and those are spot on.
