SPATCHCOCKED TURKEY FOR THANKSGIVING

I do a Smoked Turkey every Thanksgiving, Here are a few pics from this years.
It did not turn out as pretty as last years I forgot to foil the Wing tips
You can also see where I had to sample it. The Flavor was Fantastic I changed up my Brine a bit.

forgot to wrap the wing tips and you can see where I took a couple of samples "Had to Check" Flavor was amazing

Damn fine looking bird to me Gary! Ill bet everyone enjoyed it. Ohh… And I like my wing tips crispy so you can crunch on pretty much the whole thing! They don't look burnt to me.

Thanks Buddy, I wanted to tell you #1 son is back in Jersey for 18 months to 2 tears operating another Tower Crane
They found a house in Springfield DIL and the Kids went up right before Thanksgiving.
