Did this last week. Nothing special. Had birds on sale for $.77 a lb. Cut out the backbone and smoked her up.






Wife made tortellini coated with butter and parm cheese.




Yummy dinner.

Just Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ. I like it because it blends very nicely with my rub.
 
Great lloking bird Brain, what temp did you smoke it at? Good combo with the tortellini. Congrats on a great meal.
