Got a full chamber today! Beautiful day in MN for some q. Q-view to follow.
3-2-1 on the ribs.
Fattie has 2lb. ground beef and 1lb. italian sausage.
Gonna make the pork loin a little "polyneian-ish. Pineapple and some trinidad charlies on it.
Cant wait to eat!!

Hi SnowCapn, sounds like you're off to a smokin' good afternoon. I love pork with pineapple. Never tried it with a loin (haven't done a loin yet) but I have done Hawaiian style baby backs. Mmmm......
