Sorry for not gettin a more detailed qview on this one, but i was pulling this out of m hat as i went and got all excited about this new idea of mine.
Bake 2 HUGE baking taters
scoop out and add 1 great big dollop of chive cream cheese 1 can of asparagus and about 1/2 cup crumbled bacon (i cheat and use store bot already cooked in this case) and mash it up real good. finish the 2x baked taters process. dont forget the CHEEZ
! I'll be using monterey jack cuz thats what i have on hand
