Hi all..

   been reading posts on this site for awhile now and decided to join on the fun.

I enjoy smoking meat on the weekends(keeps me out of the bar)

 I built a home made smoker out of wood with propane or electric burner

its kinda crude and I have to babysit it to keep things in check but it works.

I have been hauling propane for the last 15 years(yea im the guy u hate to see drive up your drive every month)

anyhow enough about me...if you want to know more feel free to ask me!!

Welcome from another SW MN newbie. You won't find a better smoking forum. Great advice from "seasoned" folks. Have my first batch of bacon chillin in the fridge to slice tomorrow.
