Hello everyone,

Looking forward to interacting here, I've actually been a lurker for the last two years and I've learned a lot from this site.

I've always been a 'griller', but grilling got boring, so I started experimenting with smoking in my old 18.5" webber kettle grill. Some stuff came out really good, some stuff not so much. Two years ago I updated to a Masterbuilt vertical propane smokehouse and smoke on it fairly often. I'm a gym-goer and I love using it to meal prep healthy(ish) and tasty meat.

The next project is to convert my old webber into a charcoal/wood smoker using an external fire box and some flex piping to transport the heat and smoke. Hopefully in the spring.
