New to the forum, however I've been stalking the site for years. Looking forward to collaborating with you all. Just finished the burn off on my new Pit Boss Competition 5 Series for the 4th of July weekend. I've done quite a bit with horizontal charcoal, several masterbuilt electrics, now working with pellets. Hope everyone has a great July 4th weekend!
