On a special diet no fat. Meat as long as there is no fat. Well pork tender loin fits the bill. A simple but plain and tasty pork tender loin.

Dry marinade mixed up.

Brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper simple but tasty.
