I'm going to try make some ring Bologna. How long did you smoke/cook for ?
Well I smoked it for 10hours but usually don’t take that long around 8 hours usually I built my smoker it has 6” insulated walls but the -15temp still slowed time down
 
Hi Fullsmoke, those sausages look fantastic.
Was wondering, since I know very little about summer sausage, and I know there are tons of recipes.
Could some, if any, can be used to make sausages like brats and hotdogs, just to name two.
