Some of the posts that we see on here really get me going, some of the troll BS gets me fired up! There are MANY threads that I would LOVE to go off on and speak my mind!

However, I have a lot of respect for the mods here, and I've promised myself that I will NOT be baited...

So, if you've baited, or if you've wondered why I didn't reply to a troll, it's because of my love for this forum.... I'll let the mods handle it while I bite my tongue.

Ok, we now return you back to your normally scheduled sausage and brisket....

I am Cranky Bastard, but not old, at 58 years of age.  I do have an opinion on most everything.  But as far as this or any other forum or facebook posting, hey they may not do it like me or I may not want to try it that way, but to each his/her own and have fun doing it your way, it just may not be my way.  But in saying that, many things on this forum are new things for me to try and if needed tweak to my likens.

But realizing that bulk of the members on the Forum are from the USA, some sausage and smoked little pepperettes recipes are not to be found here on this forum.  We in Canada have Pepperettes in both a lightly smoked, fully cooked but very moist style and also a dried, crunchy style.  All of which I would love to make.
