Most people that don't enjoy the taste of good smoked food might think i'm crazy even my wife. lol Couldn't resist had to fire the smoker up to cook today with wind chill the tempature here is 1 deg. I prefer to think i'm dedicated to this great art

!!!! Had to try some pizza today & a few other things!!!!!!!! My wife might think i'm crazy but she ask me to make her some chicken while i had it going!!! lol

Yea my buddy and I fired up my smoker this weekend to it was -29 when I fired it. Thats cold. But the ribs came out great. I still have to slice the bacon and try that out as well.

Mine is fired up for ribs and it's 5 degrees w/wind chill of 9 below. My just keeps asking if I'm sure I took my meds today. Not sure what she's meaning by that. lol

will try to upload some qview tomorrow can't get my pics to send!!! just to give you an idea i had smoked pizza,stuffed portabella mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese,moterayjack & sausage wrapped in bacon, also made some of them pig peckers(was worried how they would be) sausage wrapped in maple smoked bacon rolled in brown sugar needles to say we ate all them!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very full now i need to go tobed LOL.

I've been smokin pizzas for awhile too. Matter of fact, family here no longers wants store-bought or ordered pizza. They like the homemade smoked.

I was in madison on New Years day loading a basket case car,,,,, I was frozen when I got in the truck.... That was crazy cold.
