The PP looks delicious!

Al

Thanks Al. Unfortunately I have a nasty cold right now so I can't smell or taste anything. The girlfriend said it smelt up the whole neighborhood and she devoured it like she hasn't ever seen food before!

I gotta get a tray like that! Great meat btw!

Thanks Win! The tray is pretty handy! I don't use it that often though because it's so big, it doesn't fit in the dishwasher or even the sink. To wash it I gotta take it outside and use the hose. It's pretty much a must for pulled pork though. I got it at a restaurant supply store for under $10 I think.

BTW, your New Years cooking looked pretty good too! I wanted to go all out like that too but I got knocked down with a cold and just didn't have it in me. Plus we didn't have any company over anyway!

Looks like you made a good mess of PP!

Always share your pics, the only time we complain about them is when you DONT post them...

There is something special about a large tray full of pulled meat. I don't know what, for me probably the assurance of many good meals to come.
