As of this morning, a high wind advisory has been issues for tomorrow and may be upgraded to a high wind warning. Looking at gusts up to 55mph or more.

Winter storm warning for tomorrow. 8-12 inches of snow and 40+ mph winds. Then wind chills -20 and less until at least Tuesday. Not looking forward to having to drive the single axle truck in that tomorrow.

About the same here... talking wind chills to 45 below. Must be global warming!!! Yes I know... I'm just being a sarcastic ass!

Wind chill down around 9 here.
I have to go out, so put long pants on for first time in over a year.
Been unusually cold here.

Western Canada, -36C on our thermometer. No wind thankfully. Furnace is running more than it’s not. As cold as it is here I’ll take it compared to the weather you guys get living on the eastern seaboard.

Does that mean you don't want to come visit me this weekend? Definitely long pants weather here, and then some!

Yet in 12 hours it'll be blowing 50 and another 2+ inches of rain.Great.

Anyone in the northeast remember the nor'easter of 1969? Fun times!

Seattle wasn't spared, either. I was 7, but I remember more than 2' on the ground around Christmas '68. It really hit a few days later in Jan '69. According to Google, we got over 45" total.
Nowadays, as soon as a couple flakes start flying, the news starts blasting about Snowmageddon!
Just a light dusting of snow yesterday, but my dashboard said 16° this morning.

Looks like starting tonight temps in my area of Ohio will range from 5F low to 15F high for the next week. Combined with 20-60mph winds it's going to be dangerous.

Just checked our weather for the next couple of days. Going to get a little sporty! Might have to load up some extra ammo and hit the ole goose blind!

Bitter cold coming in tomorrow with nasty winds, to stay until Monday.
Sunday , -16° with highs of -7°, cuts into my ice fishing 🤔
Only 2° today, smoking some cheese, probably do deer sausage over the weekend for something to do.

See - right there is the big difference between us southerners and ya'll up there in the North. At 2*, I'm not smoking cheese or anything else! I'm stayin' in the house! It hurts to go outside to check the mailbox LOL! And -16*? Forget it! I'd be whining about not being able to turn the heat up high enough!

Ya'll gotta be alot tougher than me...the phase "Ice Fishing" makes my arse hurt.

People go crazy here in Ohio when we get enough hard water to fish! Especially if Erie freezes!
