Small batch. 3 blocks of Cabot. Seriously Sharp, Extra Sharp white, and a piece of yellow cheddar.

The big block is some Great Lakes Adam's Reserve XXX sharp cheddar. It was waxed, had it in the fridge for 2 years at least.

Great Lakes produces award-winning cheeses.

Prefer it over River Rat.

Both local cheeses.

Looks good!!! I could see my wife mistaking that smoker for it's original purpose and plopping a trash bag in there.

Point for sure
Chris

Now.! What if you put an electric stove eye in there for a heat sourc, could it be a regular smoker?

That's some good looking cheese. Enjoy.
