A little early for snow along the Ohio River valley, but the jet stream dips pretty low these days.
Wife not happy we haven't migrated south yet.
I liked south. Liked Savannah allot, Florida was ok until hurricane season hits. I'm liking KY.
 
Tight fit but it will work.
Looking like the weather may pass us.

Daughter had to take her sons to soccer game so they ate 1 rack early.

IT when I pulled for them was 187* To me not yet done but they liked and said tender and juicy.

Other rack I just pulled at 195* and covered with wrap for them for later.

Nice! May I ask what the purpose is of the screen on top of the grate?
Those are frog mats or Qmats.. Food grade high heat bbq non stick mats. Eliminate the nasty looking grate marks

Perfect, can’t say much else but that! Beautiful ribs all around and from what I can see had to be delicious. Looks like Harry Soo’s stuff seems legit! I never really thought of getting it before, but you have me second guessing!
