Snack Stick Cheese ratio?

Anybody have a suggestion
of how much cheese would be appropriate to use assuming 5lb of meat for snack sticks?

It is suggested to use 1 lb of cheese for every 10 lbs of meat.. so I use an 8 oz block cut into 1/4" squares for 5 lbs ...

10% by weight is normal....so 1/2 a pound.
