This Saturday we and three other families are leaving for a week at Gulf Shores. We rent a beach house down there and this time I smoked a bunch of meat to take with us. I smoked a pork butt, pork loin, a brisket, and I did some chicken qtrs (they were for dinner Sunday night). I stuck everything in the freezer tonight and will pack it on ice for the trip down. By Sunday, it should be defrosted and ready to munch on all week. Sun, beach, Q, and suds, here I come!!! Here are some q-views of the end result.
