I get that too, used to be on call once every 8 weeks, now do on call 3/4 weeks every month. and have one day to smoke, as backup on call, hoping nothing goes wrong with the primary guy, spent 3 hours on the phone day before July 4th while I was smoking, didn't like that, as least I didn't have to go on-site.
