Smoking meat and potatoes and this nice Wisconsin day!!

Hi everyone!! Happened to be looking to see if people smoked potatoes before and it brought me here so I thought what a great spot to start looking for new dinner ideas!! I've been smoking for a few years now started with a small electric smoker and know I'm using a smoke hollow 44" propane smoker. I got into it for doing my own venison sausage and have slowly been looking for different things to try.
