I'm smokin' away up here and I'm ready to upgrade my starter unit (a cheap Dyna-Glo offset) to either a Yoder or Traeger pellet smoker. I've heard mixed reviews on both and I'm hoping to get some clarity here.
YS640 - I've read that some folks are having issues with the buttons. Also, there's no rep here in California so if something goes wrong, it might really stink!
Traeger Pro 34 - I've hear that these aren't made that well but they are easier to get and probably easier to fix. I'm not sure.
So, if anyone has ANY advice for me before I plunk down $1k+ I'd really appreciate it! Mostly I smoke pork and fish.
Cheers!
